Today I thought that Becca's speech teacher was going to come, but I didn't write it down on a calendar so I just guessed. I woke up at 7:00 and Issac got into the shower and I called all the kids in to tell them that we were going to read the schripturs. We read one chapter in the book of mormon. We have been trying to do this every day seance conference. It has been nice we will let the older kids repit what we say. They have fun.
I then got the kids breakfast and then I started to exercises with the Wii. When Alex got done eating I put him in the bath and the worked out for a while then I got him out and then I had him get ready for the bus. When I got done exercising I then let the kids watch cartoons and then I got into the shower. I got out and then put the girls in. In between all of that the kids cleaned there rooms. That is something that I make them do everyday and most days Alex gets done before he has to catch the bus. Mind you I had to have all of this done by 8:30.
I was getting Becca's hair done with I looked outside and realized that there was a car parked across the street and knew that the speech teacher was going to come. She was having a new girl come because she is going to have a baby so we needed to meet a new girl that would be taking over.
I then took the girls visiting teaching and when we were done we found out that the city was doing some road construction (where is road construction not being done LOL)and had completely blocked off my street. I had to get out and asked them to move so I could get down the street. They were kind enough to move. I wanted to go to Kmart and see if they had a couple of shirt to buy. I decide to wait for Alex to come home from school if I would have known I would of had to wait for an hour I would have went before he got home from school. I was able to find 3 shirts that would work for me.
I was so happy because I was also able to go shopping last night at JcPenneys and find some clothes. I got two shirts and one part of fleece type of pants. Issac is always telling me that I need to spend money on me and I never do because I spend it on other things for the kids. I deeded to go to a furniture store to see what I could see to get for Issac for his birthday. I am going to buy him a recliner and he has not idea that he is getting one. His mom was nice enough to give me some money to help buy it. He keeps telling me that he needs a new chair because his has holes in it and does not close very good. He wanted a hint for what I was going to get him and I tole him that it is something that you use that you need a new one of. I also told him that he uses it every day. He then said are you shure that I use it everyday and I told him yes. He is going to be so happy when he gets it. I got home from shopping and feed the kids lunch and I made Lasagna, roles, and chocolate chocolate chip cookies. I feel like I did so much today.
Saturday we went to our ward's "Trunk OR Treat" It was raining so we had it in doors. We went to the cultural hall and I think the kids had fun getting the candy and other fun stuff. Then for the real holiday we had some fun food. I was watching the food net work Chanel the other day and Paula Dean showed how to make a snake so I attempted to make it. You take some dough and roll it out and put lots of mustard and then add meat of choice. She didn't put cheese on it, but I added a Mexican Blend and it was super good. You take some food coloring and add some water and then pant it on with a paint brush. When I told Issac what I was going to make for dinner to said "I hope you have a back up plan". He ended up liking it. I also made twice baked potatoes. I put sour cram, salt, pepper, cheese (Mexican blend), and butter in the filling. I then took some thick Bacon that I cut into thirds and laid it across the top of the potatoe and topped it with cheese. The kids loved the dinner. I had some dough left over so I made some cinnamon roles and topped it with some purple frosting. The kids would rather have Halloween candy then the cinnamon roles. Crazy kids!
