Cookies

I thought that I am going to post all of the things that I bake. I tell Issac that I invented another cookie recipe and he says that I didn't invent it because I didn't get a patent for it so I told him that I am going to blog about them.I have been cooking sence I was 6 years old. I know what tasts good together and what does not. I hope that you enjoy these as much as I do. Chocolate Peanut Butter Delights 1 cup white and brown sugar ¾ cup Crisco 2 tablespoons water 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 ¾ cups wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup rolled oats 2 teaspoons Baking soda ¼ cup toffee pieces ½ cup caramels ½ cup chocolate chips ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup peanut butter chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix sugars Crisco and water until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and rolled oats mix well. Add caramels, toffee pieces, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. Cooke them on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes OR you can make them into cookies and bake them for 10-12 minutes. When they come out of the oven pour about 2 cups of chocolate chips and when they are melted spread them with a knife. Then drizzle with peanut butter frosting. I put them in the freezer for about 1 hour so the topping would have time to settle. Frosting: 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1 cups powder sugar 4-6 tablespoons of milk I am excited to have Thanksgiving so I can spend time with my sister and her family they are going to be staying with us. We will be going to my brtohers house and having the celebration there. We are going to be making some Thanksgiving hats for the kids. I am going to teach the kids about our reltive Govnernor William Bradford he was the guy that did the first Thanksgiving. It was fun to read about him and how it all came about. He was a very religous man and would read the bible. I am greatful for him becaue I think with out him I would not have become a member of the Church Of Jeasus Christ Of Latter day saints. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and remember to give thanks.
