A New Dr.

Today I went to see a neurologist to see what he would have to say about what was wrong with me. He told me that he thought that two vertebra's were out in my lower spine and he would like for me to have two tests done to better understand what is wrong. I know that he would want to have more tests done. I feel very blessed that I was able to get in to see him today. I saw my OBGYN on Monday and he told me that I would need to go and see this dr. I called when I left the office and they informed me that they had a cancellation for today and I would need to be there at 4 I said great! I was getting ready for a bath today when I got a call from the Dr.'s office telling me that I would need to come in at 2 instead of 4 WOW! how luck am I. Not only did I get in fast, but I got to see the dr. two hors earlier that I was supposed too.

He told me that I have to have an MRI. Going in to see him I thought that he might say that I would need to do this so it was not new news to me. He told me that he thought that I was swollen inside so now I get to take Ibuprofen a long with the other medication. How lucky for me! I do feel better when I take them all.
My OB told me that I could to the lap. and see if I have my eggs out of the sack latching on to other places on my insides. He told me that I could have a histromecy too. It was up to me to make a decision, but considering that my grandmother died of ovarian cancer it would be in my best interest to remove it all. He told me that I needed to go and see the other dr. and get that all worked out first and then come back and see him. He felt me and I hurt when he touched my uterus that would be another reason to take it out.

I go back to see the neurologist on the 4th of January to have him do a shock therapy to see about the nurves in my whole body to see what is going on. I have been told by my sister that it is not as bad as it sounds. That makes me feel much better. I would LOVE to be able to get off the couch and clean the house and play with the kids. I am tired of trying to remember when I need to take the medication and feeling like I am going throw up.

On the plus side Issac is doing a great job being mr. mom. He takes care of us so good. I could not ask for a better husband. Thanks to all of those who are helping me with taking me kids while I go to the dr. and helping me clean my house.

update on me

Yesterday I was in so much pain that I went to the hospital. My lovely neighbor girl Deanna came over (on her birthday) to watch our kids until my mother in law could be there to take the kids. I would like to thank my mother in law for dropping all that she was going to be doing for the day to come and get my kids. Not only did she come and take them for that day she said that she would keep them until Monday when Issac comes to get them. We arrived at the hospital at about 10:45 We were able to get right in so that was nice. The nurse came in to ask what was wrong and I told her that I was having pain in my back, legs, and pelvis. My legs felt so week that I could hardly walk. I was able to get some morphine and some anti nausea medication. They also had to put in an IV so they could give me some fluids. They then took some blood to run some tests. I went to have some x-rays of my back.
It was about 4 hours later that they told me that they needed to get more blood because the other batch that they go would not work for the testing. I was not too happy because I was wondering why they didn't tell the nurse before so she could have come in and gotten more blood sooner. I was still in a lot of pain so they gave me both of the medications again. The Dr. came in a few hours later and told me that all the testings that they did all came back good. That he could not find anything wrong with me. He said that he thought that I had a nerve problem and was going to send me home with some drugs. I started to cry and said no I am in pain in my pelvic area and didn't want to go home if I was in pain.
I was sent to have an ultra sound. which they didn't find anything wrong. I had told Issac earlier in the day "what if I am going to be a medical mystery and they can't find anything wrong with me"? Little did I know that it would be true. We were able to leave around 6:00 to go home. I joked with Issac and told him what a great way for you to spend your birthday. He was excited to get home and sit in his new chair that he got for his birthday.
Thanks to all of you who are fasting and praying for me I know that is how I am getting through this trial. I hope that when I call my OBGYN Dr. on Monday that he will be able to help me. If I need to have my female parts taken out to feel better I know that is what I need to do.

Pain Will It Go Away!

I have not been feeling so good lately. I came home from work on Saturday and was in so much pain that I could hardly walk. I didn't feel any of it while I was at work thanks goodness, but when I came home I really felt it. My legs and pelvis really hurt. I went to bed and woke up to feeling a little worse so I took a pain pill. Here it is Tuesday and I am still feeling terrible. I will just take it one day at a time. I hope to be feeling better soon. On a brighter note we Issac and I were able to take our kids to my friend Amy's (thanks Amy) to have here watch the kids so we could go bowling with Issac's work. Poor Amy she had to listen to Becca cry for an hour sorry Amy. It was fun and we were wishing that it was cheaper so we could take the whole family. Hope you all have a good day!

Thanksgiving

We drove to ID to spend Thanksgiving with my family. It was going to be fun because all of my siblings were going to be there. We would be having the dinner at my sister's House in Rigby. We were staying with my youngest brother Barry and his wife Sam. They have a 6 month old son named Warren (his name can from my grandfather). He ia such a happy boy. He would do his army crawl to come and see me. He would love to have me hold him he also liked having my kids around. We had all the fixin's for the dinner turkey, ham, cornbread stuffing, ect. My sister has to be on a gluten free diet so she made lots of things that she could eat. She also had to dish up her food first so it would not get contaminated. I would not have wanted to see her get sick. I made a pumpkin cheese cake and it was the hit of the dinner. We went to my brother in laws warehouse and played and watched Home Alone in there movie theater room. We all got to have our photos taken by Bary's mother in law. Too bad Lizzy wanted to cry and be a pill the whole time we were getting the phots taken. We were driving back on Sunday and the weather was super bad we probably saw 20 cars on the side of the road from ID to UT. We were glad when we got home. We then went to tithing settlement and found out that Issac was going to be released from his calling that day. Needless to say he was really happy that he doesn't have to plan any more activities for the ward. We have the ward Christmas party on Friday and then he will be done. I was teasing him that he was going to be called to teach primary. He said that he would be fine with that.
As for me I have deiced that I would take birth control for 6 months and then see how I feel and if I feel better then I am going to try and get pregnant and then "if" I do then I will probably have an hysterectomy (sp). I guess we will have to see how the next 6 moths goes. I have been relying on my Heavenly Father to help me make this decision because I know that I could not make it on my own. I am feeling happier this week and do not feel like crying every day. I think the birth control is helping with that. I hope that you all had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving.

What to do?

I am not sure what I need to do. I have been to my OBGYN this week. I have been having a period for about 14 days for the last 3 months. I had an ultrasound and MRI done and they both came back saying that the insion from my c-section has scar tissue. I have been wanting to try and have another baby, but I think that I will not be able to have one. I think that I am going to have to have my female parts taken out so I will not be bleeding so much and so I will not be in pain. I keep having headaches all the time and that is not like me. Needless to say I have been crying all week and when I see a photo of a baby I cry too. I also feel like I have been a bad mother because I have just been wanting to lay in bed and do nothing else. I also have been feeling like I am dizzy and want to throw up. The other thing that I do not understand is that I have been having an impression that I am to have another daughter, but mabye I am not to have her in this life. I know that if I pray then I will get the right answer so until that answer comes I will just have to wait patiently and deal with the pain. I love you all!

Haloween 2010!

Saturday we went to our ward's "Trunk OR Treat" It was raining so we had it in doors. We went to the cultural hall and I think the kids had fun getting the candy and other fun stuff. Then for the real holiday we had some fun food. I was watching the food net work Chanel the other day and Paula Dean showed how to make a snake so I attempted to make it. You take some dough and roll it out and put lots of mustard and then add meat of choice. She didn't put cheese on it, but I added a Mexican Blend and it was super good. You take some food coloring and add some water and then pant it on with a paint brush. When I told Issac what I was going to make for dinner to said "I hope you have a back up plan". He ended up liking it. I also made twice baked potatoes. I put sour cram, salt, pepper, cheese (Mexican blend), and butter in the filling. I then took some thick Bacon that I cut into thirds and laid it across the top of the potatoe and topped it with cheese. The kids loved the dinner. I had some dough left over so I made some cinnamon roles and topped it with some purple frosting. The kids would rather have Halloween candy then the cinnamon roles. Crazy kids! Hope you all had a fun and safe holiday.

My Life!

Today I thought that Becca's speech teacher was going to come, but I didn't write it down on a calendar so I just guessed. I woke up at 7:00 and Issac got into the shower and I called all the kids in to tell them that we were going to read the schripturs. We read one chapter in the book of mormon. We have been trying to do this every day seance conference. It has been nice we will let the older kids repit what we say. They have fun.

I then got the kids breakfast and then I started to exercises with the Wii. When Alex got done eating I put him in the bath and the worked out for a while then I got him out and then I had him get ready for the bus. When I got done exercising I then let the kids watch cartoons and then I got into the shower. I got out and then put the girls in. In between all of that the kids cleaned there rooms. That is something that I make them do everyday and most days Alex gets done before he has to catch the bus. Mind you I had to have all of this done by 8:30.

I was getting Becca's hair done with I looked outside and realized that there was a car parked across the street and knew that the speech teacher was going to come. She was having a new girl come because she is going to have a baby so we needed to meet a new girl that would be taking over.

I then took the girls visiting teaching and when we were done we found out that the city was doing some road construction (where is road construction not being done LOL)and had completely blocked off my street. I had to get out and asked them to move so I could get down the street. They were kind enough to move. I wanted to go to Kmart and see if they had a couple of shirt to buy. I decide to wait for Alex to come home from school if I would have known I would of had to wait for an hour I would have went before he got home from school. I was able to find 3 shirts that would work for me.

I was so happy because I was also able to go shopping last night at JcPenneys and find some clothes. I got two shirts and one part of fleece type of pants. Issac is always telling me that I need to spend money on me and I never do because I spend it on other things for the kids. I deeded to go to a furniture store to see what I could see to get for Issac for his birthday. I am going to buy him a recliner and he has not idea that he is getting one. His mom was nice enough to give me some money to help buy it. He keeps telling me that he needs a new chair because his has holes in it and does not close very good. He wanted a hint for what I was going to get him and I tole him that it is something that you use that you need a new one of. I also told him that he uses it every day. He then said are you shure that I use it everyday and I told him yes. He is going to be so happy when he gets it. I got home from shopping and feed the kids lunch and I made Lasagna, roles, and chocolate chocolate chip cookies. I feel like I did so much today.
