Peanut Butter Cups
When we went to ID last weekend and while we were gone our nice neighbors decide that they would feed our cats and fish. The other neighbor deiced that they would mow our lawn. I deiced that I would make a treat for them to say thank you so I made Peanut butter cups. Here is the recipe:
1 cup butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Flour
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butters and sugars add eggs mix add vanilla, salt, soda, and 1 cup of flour mix add remaining flour mix. Fill two muffin tins with muffin cups. Add cookie dough filling the cups all the way full leaving about an inch empty. Bake for 22-24 minuets. When you pull them out add some chocolate chips spread covering bottom and sides when they are melted. Put them in the freezer for about 30 minuets so the chocolate chips will melt. Take some heavy whipping cream and whip it adding sugar to taste I added about 1/3 of a cup. when mixed add 1 tsp. of vanilla. mix well. Add whipping cream to a bag and pipe into cups using the star tips. Crumble some butterfingers on top to garnish. Must store uneaten parts in fridge. Enjoy!
